Jas & team was exceptional to work with. In the last 12 months he helped me purchase 2 properties — 1st one has already grown significantly in value around 20% & rents really well ( far above my expectations), and the 2nd one was an off-market deal secured well below my tight budget limit of 400k and has already seen 20k growth in 2 months time from settlement date . Living in Manor Lakes & buying interstate seemed like a daunting task but Jas & team made it extremely smooth process. His market knowledge, negotiation skills, and access to off-market opportunities made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We recently used Bulls Eye Capital to buy an investment property, and the whole experience was amazing. In a hot market, they managed to secure us an off-market deal, which we know isn’t easy to come. What stood out most was how hands-on Jas was — he actually visits each of the suggested locations himself to understand what’s happening on the ground before recommending anything, rather than just relying on data. That gave us a lot of confidence in the recommendations. The team around him were also fantastic and supported us at every step of the process, so we never felt like we were figuring things out alone. Another thing worth mentioning is their fee structure — they never push and always supportive after settlement to pay the agency fee, which is something we haven’t seen anywhere else in this space. The result speaks for itself too — the property has already grown 5% in value within just two months of purchase. We have recently purchased our 4th Investment Property through Jas at Bulls Eye Capital, and the experience has been excellent every time. Our first 2 investment properties,(a regional Queensland  in 2022 and a metro Western Australia in 2024 ) have both performed well and shown solid growth. Based on that experience, we purchased our 3rd investment property through SMSF in regional Queensland in December 2025 for $610k. In just 6 months, it has grown to approximately $690k, representing around 13% growth.With that outstanding result, I had complete confidence in signing up for our 4th investment property with Jas. To further diversify our portfolio, I wanted our next investment to be in a different state. Jas listened to my preference and secured a good property in South Australia, which we purchased in May 2026. I’m very particular and don’t easily compromise when it comes to selecting properties, but Jas consistently finds opportunities that meets all of my checkboxes What I appreciate most is that their support extends far beyond simply sourcing a property. They organised the building and pest inspections, coordinated with the conveyancer, and guided us through every step of the settlement process, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. They also gave us additional time to make the final payment until a tenant was secured, which provided valuable breathing space and was greatly appreciated. After seeing and unbelievable 20% growth in my first investment property with Bullseye within 1 year, we decided to go for a 2nd one with them. This time budget was tight it was not like the first time when we had a good $600k budget. The budget this time was $400k and I was doubtful if I would actually get something worthy of investment that will grow and will also take cake of my rental and my monthly repayments. Jassi gave us an assurance that we can buy with that $400k tight budget which will take care of rental as well as with loans, repayments and there will be capital growth. So we went ahead and we started the process, when I heard the name of the area that we were to invest in, I was bit shocked I had not heard it before there was again Jas's research analysis, field visit report that helped us. We took the leap of faith for the second time in a place that at that point of time we thought couldn't grow.9 months have gone yes the property is old. Gives some maintenance issues as mentioned by Jas but return on investment is important. 9 months later it has grown by whopping 16% is one of the most fast growing pockets of Australia. Jas has helped me future boost my borrowing capacity for my next one. Had I not gone with Bulls eye I wouldn't have built a property portfolio for sure. After being in Macquarie Fields, Sydney for the last 18 years I am not making the mistakes that made initially by investing on my own. We bought our 1st investment property with Bulls eye capital around 1.5 years ago. The property was advertised at offer over $490 k. We bought it at $100,000 more than asking at $590k. Lol.... At that point of time we were also wondering that the logic that Jas was saying about the market being too hot, the significant future potential to go up and yes we were giving 100k more than asking was a big question in our head. However there was Jas research, field report  (his local visit)  some data points and overall Jas experience combined effort that we have go ahead with this high offer. The property had 70+ offers , ours was the 71st offer and we got it. In 1.5 years this property has moved from $590k to $770k+. 40% growth in 1.5 years and still going. There is a gut feeling that this guy give his best, based on all his awesome experience. FYI that time we pushing Jas to buy for us in Melbourne and Melbourne grew only 12%. Since then and is dropping now, and has very poor rental yield. Living in Campbelltown we found Melbourne very attractive, but Bullseye prevented us from falling into trap. Jas had mildly predicted this Melbourne drop and it's downsides...... Won the trust. 1 year after this purchase we are going for our 2nd one.
