My wife and I have now bought our second investment property with Bulls Eye Capital in less than a year and we’ve had a great experience working with them.

We bought our first property in December 2025 and it’s been great to see the property perform as Jas and the team had projected. That gave us the confidence to come back to them for our second purchase.

Jas was great to work with. He put a lot of effort into researching properties, sharing insights about different locations and helping us understand the pros and cons before making a decision.

Umesh was also a big help behind the scenes. He took care of things like organising building and pest inspections, liaising with conveyancers and vendors and making sure everything was coordinated throughout the process. It made a real difference having someone take care of all these details.

We had an exceptional experience with Bullseye from start to finish. Jas was closely involved from the beginning and the team moved incredibly quickly, which made a huge difference given the tight timeframe we were working with. They managed to turn things around within around 24 to 48 hours.

Most importantly, they secured us a fantastic property that wasn’t publicly available and it has already exceeded our expectations. That alone made the whole experience worthwhile.

We have now purchased our third property through Bulls Eye Buyer Agent, and we have also recently signed the contract for our fourth property with them. Honestly, the fact that we keep going back to the same team probably says more than any review I could write.

Our experience with Bulls Eye has been excellent from the beginning. With every property, we have felt that they genuinely understand what we are trying to achieve with our investment portfolio. They don't just find a property and tell you to buy it. They take the time to understand your goals, look at the numbers, research the location and surrounding market, and then explain why they believe a particular property makes sense.

One of the biggest things we value is trust. When you are making such a significant financial commitment, you need to know that the person advising you is actually looking after your interests.

The process has also been incredibly helpful for us because we don't have the time to spend hours researching different markets, analysing properties and dealing with agents ourselves. Bulls Eye has taken a lot of that stress away and made the whole process much easier.

We recently used Bulls Eye Capital to buy an investment property, and the whole experience was amazing. In a hot market, they managed to secure us an off-market deal, which we know isn’t easy to come.

What stood out most was how hands-on Jas was — he actually visits each of the suggested locations himself to understand what’s happening on the ground before recommending anything, rather than just relying on data. That gave us a lot of confidence in the recommendations.

The team around him were also fantastic and supported us at every step of the process, so we never felt like we were figuring things out alone. Another thing worth mentioning is their fee structure — they never push and always supportive after settlement to pay the agency fee, which is something we haven’t seen anywhere else in this space.

We have recently purchased our 4th Investment Property through Jas at Bulls Eye Capital, and the experience has been excellent every time.

Our first 2 investment properties,(a regional Queensland  in 2022 and a metro Western Australia in 2024 ) have both performed well and shown solid growth. Based on that experience, we purchased our 3rd investment property through SMSF in regional Queensland in December 2025 for $610k. In just 6 months, it has grown to approximately $690k, representing around 13% growth.With that outstanding result, I had complete confidence in signing up for our 4th investment property with Jas.

To further diversify our portfolio, I wanted our next investment to be in a different state. Jas listened to my preference and secured a good property in South Australia, which we purchased in May 2026.
